We provide door to door assistance, helping clients safely enter and exit the vehicle. If a dedicated escort or companion is needed for the entire appointment, please let us know in advance so we can discuss available options.

You can book a ride through our Calendly scheduling system, by phone, or by email. Once your appointment is scheduled, you’ll receive a confirmation call or email.

We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance to ensure availability. Same day requests may be accommodated depending on schedule openings.

If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. Early cancellations help us keep our schedule running smoothly and allow us to assist other clients.
